There is electric at the road. There was electric to the cabin and the cabin is wired but some years ago a tree fell on the line. To get electric back the electric panel must be move as it is located too close to the kitchen sink. The well is in the 9x8 entry way in a well pit. There is a two track starting just north on the property that takes you to the back of the property and winds back to a county maintained gravel road.
